- The Under 8-1's coached by Kevin Chester were the winners of the Marconi Knockout. Congratulations to Kevin and the boys for such a great effort.
- Glenmore Park Brumbies A Grade player Tony Satini was selected to play in the Penrith Panthers Toyota Cup team against the Brisbane Broncos at Centrebet Stadium on Friday 13th May 2011. Tony has been a stand out player for the Brumbies over the past few seasons and is our first ever player to be selected to play in the national Toyota Cup competition. The big centre had a great 2011 season in the Panthers SG Ball squad and was due to commence playing in the Brumbies A Grade team before his call up to Toyota Cup. Tony was awarded the Penrith District Under 16 Player of the Year in 2009 and Under 17's Player of the Year in 2010. Everyone at the Brumbies are so proud of Tony.
- Congratulations to Jason Antonelli and Zac Mackay who have both been selected in the NSW Combined Catholic Colleges team. Jason who is currently contracted to the Sydney Roosters has just come back after knee surgery and is a Trainer for our Under 6-3's team. Jason has played all of his football with the Mighty Brumbies and has a bright future in Rugby League. Zac is contracted to Penrith and is currently playing in the Brumbies A Grade team. He is a real tallent and is playing some outstanding football. Everyone at the Brumbies are very proud of both players and we wish them well in the upcoming Australian Schoolboy's tournament.
- Glenmore Park Brumbies Under 6-3's Coach Gemma Antonelli was presented the NRL's 'One Community' award for the month of June. She was presented her award from the Penrith Panthers Captain Petero Civoniceva at the NRL's Harvey Norman - Women in League awards. Gemma was selected for her outstanding service to the Rugby League Community and everyone at the Glenmore Park Brumbies are proud of her achievements.
- The Glenmore Park Brumbies Coca-Cola Junior League Relay team had a great run in the Final, coming second to St. Mary's. The result was a great achievement for the Brumbies as our Club has competed in the Final for the past 7 years winning on two occasions and running second on two occasions. Relay team Coach Craig Campbell praised the teams efforts and believes everyone in the team ran their personal best times in the final. Congratulations to Craig and the Brumbies Relay Team for a great effort.
