The following terms and conditions of sale apply to the supply of goods by Glenmore Park Brumbies to you, including all transactions for the purchase of products through this website.
ORDERS
Your completion of the order form on this website will constitue an offer by you to purchase the products. All orders are subject to our acceptance. Your order must be placed via the forms provided on this website and must specify information requesting. Delivery of items is subject to availablity and Glenmore Park Brumbies can not accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply for any reason. Backorders will be recorded and delivered when available,unless otherwise advised. You must complete all information on the order form bevore we can process the order. An order for products will be binding on us once your payment has cleared and we will then send you an email acknowledging the products and when they will be ready for collection. If we do not accept your order for any reason, we will inform you by email.
PRICES
All prices on this website are inclusive of GST unless explicity stated otherwise.
The pruchase price for the products will be at our selling price on the date of our receipt of the order, less any applicable discounts in effect at that time. All orders will attract a handling and merchant fee. We will not be responsible for errors in pricing that appear on this website. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before an order is accepted and you will have the opportunity to canel your order.

DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION
We will endeavour to advise you of your order is ready for collection from our Canteen within 14 days from acceptance of order.
If you wish to change or canel your order, you must immediately contact us by phone to the clothing co-ordinator or email us and we will endeavour to accommodate your request. If you change or canel your order more than 48 hours after your placed it, we reserve the right to charge you for any costs we have incurred in relation to your order, including, but not limiting to administration costs, merchant fees and such costs will not exceed more than 50% of the total price of the ordered products.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
If a product is "out of stock" when we process your order, we will contact you to discuss product change or refund options.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
We carefully slect all of our products with quality in mind. If you are not completely happy we will be glad to help you choose something else. We will exchange any item within 14 days of the purchase date. If you wish to return and item you must contact us by phone or email first to discuss the matter. Returned items will only be accepted if they are returned in the same condition as they were accepted.
